    The national capital region (NCR) or Delhi NCR and its surroundings are the best place to invest in land and properties. Since, its outer region is also urbanizing in the area of Gurgoan, Ghaziabad and Noida. These places are also the industrial hub, which provides ample job opportunities to many. At the same time masses moving towards the national capital are not only its national, but also foreigners and NRI’s do have special interest buying a property in Noida and other Delhi NCR. They are ready to pay any cost for its development and year-to-year growing values in realty.

    Properties Available for Rent in New Delhi

    Residential Properties: There are flats, paying guest rental, studio apartments, serviced apartments, builder floor apartments, independent villas, penthouses and furnished flats. The rent depends on it prime location. The outer area may start from INR 5000 for 1BHK of 500 sq ft. The prime location may cost you from INR 20000 onwards for a two BHK of 1000 sq ft. owning a property from a builder or real estate agent will be the smart choice to earn an income from property in Delhi. Since, there is a vast demand for rental houses by the working people who come from the neighboring states. The cost of registration does vary with Delhi residential property classification. This is classifying as A to H category circle of residential areas.

    Commercial Properties: The commercial spaces are most demand in Delhi. Since, it is a happening place in business and residential area. These commercial complexes serve to cater the various utility needs of the Delhi masses. Most of these commercial properties are in the hands of big builders and top real estate agents. The cost of these places does depend upon the location they are and other facilities inside these complexes. They are available from a minimum of 1000 square feet to 10000 square feet area. Most of them are multiplex, shopping malls and roadside conventional commercial properties.  

    Properties for Sale in Delhi

    Residential Properties: There are all types of residential properties available for sale in Delhi. The apartments/flats are most in demand by the investors and homebuyers. The luxury apartments, bungalows and high-end homes are the top priority of NRI’s and business class people. Many people see it as investment opportunity and others buy these properties to settle down in the national capital. Due to increase in demand for residential buildings, the present trend is of high-rise apartments. There are also duplex, independent modern homes and gated community residential flats in Delhi. The best way to earn income from property is buy any type of residential property and gives it for rent. Since, many working class people are in search for a rental home in Delhi posh areas and outer areas. The properties near to IT hubs and where, metro rail are present have very high scope of availing a very high rent from INR 20000 to lacs.

    Commercial Properties: Most of the commercial properties in Delhi are constructions by giant builders of national and international realty companies. These are mostly pre book. However, with growing trend of urbanization, there is a vast demand for commercial space to do varied business with corporate companies, retail business and for other commercial trades. These commercial properties are of conventional commercial complexes along roadside, multiplex, shopping malls, office space and multipurpose commercial complexes. The price of these properties depends on the locality where they are present. This is more in demand due to its Y-to-Y increase in capital value. Investing in commercial property is also a big business in Delhi.
